Yes! We are licensed by the State of North Carolina and each electrician is bonded. In addition, we carry workers' compensation insurance for our protection and yours.
When we receive an emergency call, we guarantee that we can be there within 24 hours, if not sooner. Upon arrival, we begin by assessing the extent of the problem and then breakdown exactly how we will fix it, how long it will take, and the cost. We are transparent and upfront about our pricing so there are no surprises.
We service residential and commercial properties all over the North Carolina High Country including in Boone, West Jefferson, Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, Newland, and all points in-between.
While we don't repair generators themselves, we can repair the wiring and connections to your backup generator. We can also help you install a replacement generator if you need it, and will be glad to offer our advice about the size and model you need for your backup power needs.
